Gabriela

Production Manager with a degree in Economics and a VET diploma as a Master Baker.
Gabriela works at night, running the entire production process of the traditional operation. In the bakery together with the team, she creates the finest baked goods in the utmost quality of craftsmanship until the early hours of the morning.

My source of inspiration for creativity: the very early hours of the morning, the smell of the first warm bread rolls and the new day dawning that is a symbol of freshness and new things.»
